Return and Refund Policy
Returns and refunds of products or services purchased from Rockwell Charter High School including, but not limited to, school fees, ticket costs, supplies and materials, Rockwell apparel, book fines, and transportation costs, will be settled on a case by case basis.
To request a return or refund, please submit a written request via email to lhopkins@rockwellhigh.net. Include in the request details of the transaction including service or product paid for, dates, amounts, etc., and full contact information for the person submitting the request.
After review, you will be contacted with a decision.
