Board of Trustees Meeting

The School Council from Rockwell High School held a meeting on:

Date:  Tuesday June 14, 6:00pm
Time:  7:00 pm. Open session
Place:  The Ranches Academy
7789 Tawny Owl Circle

The following directors, constituting a quorum of the full board were present:

Redge Hudson
Suzanne Burdick
Julie McNair
Stephanie Colson
Karen DeWeese
Jennie Foss
Christie Buxton

Absent:   None

Others in attendance:

Virginia Bowser

The chair called the meeting to order and opened the session:
Motion was made to adopt the following agenda for the meeting:
1.  Approve minutes for last meeting     
2. Hear Presentations regarding builders/financing for High School

Discussion held during open session:
First presenter Wasatch Diversified didn’t show
Second Presenter: Bobby Colson representing Sage Management presented development/financing plan.
Third Presenter: Hi Mark presented development/financing plan.
Board asked questions and then discussed pros/cons of both plans.  Board didn’t come to a conclusion, would contact Wasatch Diversified and see: why they didn’t show and would they like another opportunity to present next Thursday night at 7pm.

Next meeting tentatively scheduled for Thursday June 21, 7:00pm
